8/14/2023 0 Comments Santorini dave paros![]() ![]() This is the last week of my 3.5 weeks planned for Greece for my 50th Birthday so want it to be special. Given we love beaching, swimming, boating, fishing, cooking, markets, local villages, harbourside areas.is this our best choice? I have chosen these locations based on Santorini Dave who also seems to have lots of knowledge on the Crete are. ![]() Am I best booking flights and accommodation direct or there is a lady that replied to an e-mail through crete travel and I believe she can book everything for us (assuming her rates are comparable) Do these lights fly into a domestic airport and then I would have to make time to travel around to International airport and if we take the later flight from HER would this be enough time?ĥ. We fly out of Athens on 15th July at 4pm in the afternoon - would it be smart of fly from Crete to Athens on that day - I can see there are flights at 9:10am from Chania which gets to Athens at 10am or flights from Heraklion at 8:15am arriving Athens 9:05 or a later flights 11:20 from HER arriving Athens at 12:10pm. I would like to visit Elafonisi beach and understand it is a 90 minute trip from Chania - is this worth visiting and as beautiful as it looks in the images? or are there other beaches closer and as picturesque?Ĥ. We don't mind which area (Chania or Elounda) we go to first and which we do second- what would you experts recommend? I guess it might be influenced by arrival ports of ferries or planes?ģ. What is best and most direct way to travel from Paros to Crete?Ģ. My husband and I will be travelling with our 15 year old daughter. (We are going in that direction as will be with another family! Then we have a week at end by ourselves so thought a week in Crete.had thought 3 days in Chania (thinking Casa Delfino or Casa Leone Boutique Hotel) and 4 days in Elounda (Blue Palace). I am thinking of one week in Crete (8th July - 15th July 2016) after spending 3 days in Athens, 3 days in Santorini, 8 days in Naxos and 3 days in Paros. ![]()
